Prior to Restoration this antique statuary marble chimneypiece circa 1840 with its strong Doric columns had some of its original carved elements removed. Restoration involved cleaning and polishing of marble and reproducing and matching the marble missing parts.

The interior we paired with original regency brass register grate with honed slate surround and hearthstone.
